  – Initial “Getting to know you” meeting
  – Send questionare for client (3 months before wedding day)
  – Drafting all wedding day schedules (1 month before wedding day)
• Planning process
  – Confirming all suppliers for event
  – Updating budget when suppliers confirmed
  – Planning for all pre-day, and post day events & activities (extra fee for extra events)
  – Supplier sourcing (including quotes and confirming to suppliers)
  – Handling supplier administration (correspondence, quotes, invoices, etc…)
  – Final confirmations
• On the wedding day coordination
  – Managing all suppliers
  – Managing timelines
  – Handle on the day changes and crisis
  – Overall coordination (including coordination of setup)
  – Includes an assistant on the day (if required)
  – 12 hours (normally from 09h00-21h00 but will be agreed upon during our meeting)
